Private Classes

Private classes and consultations are beneficial if you

  1. ~~Want to arrange a class (in-person or online) for you and one or more friends
  2. ~~Are new to yoga and prefer to learn in a more private, one-to-one environment
  3. ~~Want to build a customised yoga practice that meets your specific goals (e.g., decreasing anxiety or building strength) or targets a particular area of your body
  4. ~~Would like to fine-tune your yoga postures to maximize the benefits of your practice
  5. ~~Are interested in learning the best ways to modify yoga postures for your unique body
  6. ~~Have questions about which style(s) of yoga practice are most suited to you and your health and lifestyle
  7. ~~Want to learn more about a specific aspect of yoga (e.g., breathing exercises, meditation techniques, or balancing postures)
  8. ~~Are curious about methods of integrating yoga and/or meditation more fully into your life

Private classes and consultations usually range in length from 60 to 90 minutes. Other lengths of class are available too: just ask us!
